International corporate MC, conference emcee, and the only host with an engineering degree + MBA.
My journey into events began when I was just 10 years old. I had the chance to perform a rap in front of 300 people on live TV and get paid $50. I prepared relentlessly. And then, overwhelmed with fear, I ran off stage and lost both the opportunity and the money.
That moment changed me. I vowed to never let fear hold me back again.
Growing up, I never knew hosting could be a career so I studied mechanical engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Industrial Engineering, then went on to get my MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. But my love for the spotlight never faded.
I became president of the Black Student Union and the African Student Association, emceeing galas, fashion shows, and balls.
Then a friend asked me to MC their wedding. The guests loved it. Word spread.
And before I was 30, I had hosted 150+ events across 5 countries tech conferences, Fortune 500 summits, nonprofit fundraisers, corporate galas. One of those events, the African Community Education Gala in Worcester, raised $9 million.
Today I'm a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), and Meeting Professionals International (MPI) — and a Regional Toastmasters Speech Contest Winner. I built this career from scratch, and I bring every bit of that journey to the stage with me.

In this interview, I walk through my full journey - from running off stage as a kid to hosting high-stakes tech conferences, fundraising galas, and corporate summits across 5 countries. I also break down the T.E.C.H. framework that shapes every event I host.

WPI Mechanical Engineering degree. Indiana University Kelley School of Business MBA. I'm the only corporate MC who genuinely speaks your audience's language because I studied it.

My fundraising gala experience isn't just MC work, it's results. I've helped organizations raise over $9M from the stage.

From Dallas boardrooms to international stages, I've hosted tech conferences, Fortune 500 summits, nonprofit galas, and corporate awards and brought the same standard to every one.

From the moment he stepped on stage, his high energy was infectious and truly set the perfect tone for the entire evening. He did a phenomenal job throughout the event, keeping everyone engaged and the program flowing seamlessly. What truly set Nde apart was the clear effort he put into his role. He took the time to conduct deep research, which allowed him to bring incredible personalization to his speeches. This thoughtful touch made each introduction and transition feel incredibly special and genuine, resonating deeply with the audience and honorees alike. His dedication and vibrant presence undoubtedly contributed significantly to the success of our gala.

The Engineer MC was the host for our 2024 Techsgiving summit. He did an amazing job weaving in technical knowledge, storytelling, engagement and a fun atmosphere.
